Pricing FAQ

No catch. We don't ask for a credit card. We don't auto-bill at day 91. When the trial ends, if you haven't given us payment information, we'll email you and ask if you want to continue. If you do, you pay $49/month from that point on. If you don't, we keep your data accessible for export and that's it.

Each location is $49 per month. A two-store dealership pays $98/month total. Three is $147. There are no enterprise tiers, no negotiated rates, and no minimums.

Card processing is separate — you bring your own merchant account, or use ours, and pay the standard interchange + processor fees on each transaction. Shop1 doesn't add a markup on top.

We have no plans to. If we ever do raise base pricing, existing customers get notice well in advance, and you'd always be free to leave with your data. We'd rather earn long-term trust than nickel-and-dime.

Not currently. The price is the same whether you pay monthly or want to prepay. We don't believe in locking dealers into annual commitments to get a "better" rate; the rate's already $49.

Then you cancel and walk away with a CSV export of all your data. The 90-day trial exists exactly so you can find this out before paying. If something specific is missing or broken, please tell us — that's how we improve.
